After 2 eliminations they have to get a run and it does not matter how good the horses that then are eliminated are. Why did they bring them in the 1st place? I am now off to watch cricket. Just cannot get my mind around what the problem is asking the trainers to bring good horses here and not their shit!

This is a Joke of a thread.... Hibs perhaps you can move it to where it deserves to be

The very same attitudes are exactly why the divorce went through, Natal you were warned... the balance of power has shifted strongly against you, and the only reason this rubbish continues from both sides is a lack of strong leadership and common sense.

Craig, the problem is that if they sent the bad horses to you then all is good. If they send the bad horses up themselves it is not allowed. I have no doubt that both you and Pat Lunn would have taken Grayson into your yards if he was offered to you.

Spare me please, the KZN trainers are telling Kannemeyer, Ramsden, Bass and Laird not to bring shit to Natal. Wahahaha heehee... un*&*^&% believable.
Craig, you are talking utter crap here, in public and in print and it's here forever. The plain visible truth is you and the KZN Trainers Assoc can't take the competition. The rands and cents of all your excuses to rig the game is in blatantly obvious and your kidding yourself if you think pretending otherwise makes it go away....just admit it, and we can all move on. Hopefully the same rules apply to both teams in the cricket your watching, or must one side field with one hand and your side one bounce?

If the Cape have the best horses & trainers why the urge to have satelite yards in KZN??? Where are all the Cape trainers satelite yards in JHB now that they are part of PG??? They should be welcomed with open arms now so why the delay Ramsden & Co.????
Personally i think each province should operate on it's local punting income then we will see how many race meetings will be staged in each province......... It is great to have satelite yards in KZN when the KZN punters are paying to stage the racing....
Why have satelite yards when assistants are doing all the work? Have the assistants register as trainers in each centre or is this more about personal income? Normally when a horse is not good enough for one centre it is sent to another centre and different trainer, imagine PE if all trainers had satelite yards there......
I personally think that this thread is a bit of a joke because all the conditions for having a satelite yard in all of our racing provinces are not available for viewing by all. The other point is that some people are confused with having a string of horses in a province during the main season & having satelite yards....... Is this a sign of things to come? When Cape racing/punting is well and truly in the toilet will all the Cape trainers just have satelite yards in the centres that can sustain racing?

People yap yap about competition here but when the late peter/sean miller was winning 5races a meeting they said it was unfair to the other trainers because he had good stock and to many runners in a race, where was competition then? After MJ moved most of his horses to PE we started to see the vissers, lotz and cliffie millers pop up more often!
If we can get can advantage to win races with our bad horses then why not? Not all of us can afford to spend over 150k on horses! The cake is so small now these guys want to turn it into a cookie!
Stage more meetings in CT or go get boxes in JHB, ffs let the small guys survive
How can anybody call Ferraris racing against Fiats healthy competion I'll never understand

Well done Craig. Thanks for all your support to the KZN Owners. Joey Ramsden should apologize to you for his personal attack on you. Totally uncalled for.

I think it is particulary poor form when one trainer has a go at another in public.......... some people forget where they started. I have had horses in most racing centres in SA and prefer to support smaller yards. These rantings just strengthen my decision to stick with trainers who are down to earth and are not so self important that all that matters is that they have more horses than they can handle......
