I suggest..Phumelela, via betting world are entering bets on the off (perhaps their takebacks from fixed odd bets) and hence manipulating (hacking and stealing) the punters money via a legal loophole.


one one way to solve this dispute/debate..
print the DATABASE LOG TAPE for 5 min before to 2 min after the all clear of a race that is disputed..
then we all can see...
failing to do that is a sign of being guilty..

I do IT security.
been at +72 JSE listed companies
been at many Parstatals..
everyone of these companies have got some employee/s in jail for fraud.
IT fraud.
stealing money using the IT systems.
All the banks have had their share of fraud.
The banks dont make a case.
Just fire the person.
however the companies that dont sell money,. have all booked the employees.
