Rob, i`m sure he had to pay plenty, but there are others paying plenty for runners that never race..

If i had his money i think i would go the same way

...Bob ,I think you missing my point ...............I see the reasoning in paying good money for horses that already show ability ........................its the keeping the crap that confuses me!!!!!!!...........its like have 2 contradictory strategies ...............I think!

Perhaps he actually loves all his horses. With his sort of money you can afford to hang onto animals that don't earn their keep.

Makes me respect him more although many might call it foolish.

Good luck to them , I am sure we would also buy many more horses if we had his wallet

I just hope AVV does not get sour when buying all these expensive horses and they don't train on
I would spread my horses with other trainers too , that way eliminate in and out of form of a single trainer - We all know how trainers are hot and then totally off form i.e...Viruses etc

Racing needs owners like them.

Where are the future generations of all the past BIG owners
Jaffee , Des Scott ,G Beck ++ we hardly she children racing after Parents pass on
