Sorry to be negative and criticize the operators,but is it really necessary to have a half baked F@$#& up website to take our bets...........................this is not the odd hiccup ,it is continual FFS!
Even more irritating when all the management you hope might be concerned about the basic business services,are partying around the country "on business"

I don't think the IT section has moved there and Telebet is still in that Building as far as I know

They think the fact that their website has no functionality is mundane.......The person either doesn't know the meaning of the word mundane or there really is no helping with these guys........

You are right, IT and telebet is still at Harrison Street!

Operations Directors have been fired for far less in the corporate world...

One last shot, Phumelela have a Chief Information officer named Mr Rui Pereira who takes credit
in his bio for having built the first legal online gambling site in South Africa named Saftote. He
apparently is also in charge of IT.

While we at it, Ms Daleen Kruger is in charge of HR and is responsible for the job applications.

They have no idea whatsoever what they have here "free" to use

No, the reason being Guys like Dev and Greg and Brad,Warren etc take on board "negative comments" and if they can try and improve their service..


Look at the guy that was looking for a computaform(forget who) do you think nae one from computaform reads the forum? infact i sent an email and recieved an email back with another contact email to try there,what kind of service is that?

Had Dev or Karel or Mr A from any the other publications or form sites had seen a query they would have went out their way to answer ...
