If you really want a good cry ,direct your problem to their customer care.................for starters there working hours don't necessarily coincide with the tab-online operating hours!!
..............or you will be promised a response, and will never hear another thing!

They will simply brand ABC as even bigger trouble makers.....these guys don't care a stuff about their customers or about their product. I have said it forever, they only care about their overseas product which costs them a fraction of local fare......

If ever one paragraph could encapsulate the reason for the state of local racing ,this is it!

This response should be published in the Sporting Post, and re-published everytime Riaan cries about the open bet!

i here the story recently about the old tote in meyersdal where there is be fore the book makers and the tote. i am said that on average these branch is turn 2 million the month and is get 4% of the turnover for these. the bookies all so "own" the tote. so they are no happy with the margins and ask for the meeting with phumelela, and hear they ask for another 4%. they are told it can no be done take these or leave it. so i think the guys name is mark michael i may be wrong, he leave it and now offer the open bet. i am tell they never make so much money as they do now and they are encourage their colleages who in similar situation to do the same. now if these tote were run by the business men and no the absolute fool, i garentee you the two million turn over stay in the tote. by the way these guys have a million rand limit on any bet beside pick 6 and on p6 limit is 2 million

Vee was involved with my correspondence

"As for banners/advertising - I appreciate your kind offer BUT must decline due to my opinion that the site is ANTI -TOTE and pro our competitors. "

Sorry Vee

I would also like to clarify that the site is made up of punters in general and not a secret clan
They are just members of the public and potential customers if they received the same service that many bookmakers offer

All the best

D

My original email

Hi Vee

Hope you are well and enjoyed the Met?

Not sure if you are aware but we are improving general communication via Craig Eudey and Graeme Hawkins to answer punter concerns and queries

We have been using Hollywood as a bench mark via Dev as he posts directly on the site to nip concerns in the bud

In the past Larry gave me a young chap to answer RA queries and David Attenburgh gave me Margaret

I am not sure if you have someone we could send concerns on to try and get better customer satisfaction re tote issues? They don't have to post directly if you prefer email response

Plus do you want to have any banners?
Computerform link, soccer pools. Etc

If you have any thoughts?

Cheers

Dave
