I guess only what he considers as important and critical.......

Anyway let them continue to do what they do. We will continue to be "anti-tote" with all of us "expecting customer service"....how dare we, the nerve......

Yip - but unfortunately mr Vee does not care what we think and say - without making any real effort (except for dropping the couplings rule - and introducing the 'rocket' :D) the P6 has just hit a new record pool of R8.5 million on the MET meeting - I'm sure that this already exceeds any 'target' that may be written into his contract. This is despite all the moans and groans being aired on this 'Anti-Tote' site.

The sad part imo is that he fails to even contemplate that the moans and groans on this 'Anti-Tote' site is having a direct impact on Tote turnovers - it could be much higher if they would (like the Tote's competitors) meet and address these 'moans and groans' head on - but imo he does not care - that bonus is already secured.

And why should 'they' even think about improving / upgrading facilities in the totes around the country, the 'mug' punter will come and wager their R20 whether they do it in a 5-star establishment or a sh*thole - no skin off 'their' backs

Sad :(

The only way to change is for the shareholders to do something but they seem to care naught -

I asked for a withdrawal today and balance not even reduced yet. Does Incompetent = mundane in the racing industry?

3 POINTS:

1. I have long forgotten my tote account number and pin. Not missing it at all
2. Remember the bloke accused of dragging his dog behind his car? Tote is dragging all its clients behind its car, tearing them apart and eventually will see them being euthenased.
3. Put yourself in a shareholder/CEO/Manager's position. Would you not want to see the voluntary contributions from punters flowing in without having to do ANY WORK or MARKETING????? That's the life

Bunch of A$$0LES
