The question must be asked though ... Are horses currently in training with trainers allowed to run at these meetings? If that is true then that would be against NHRA rules as it is akin to horses working together from different stables if two professional trainers enter horses there (there is no form book for these races that I have ever seen) -
I have no idea if horses that run in Kim do compete in these meets and then return to race under nhra rules afterwards?

If you get two horses from Gauteng and then enter a "bush race" you will have a line on them without many punters knowing

Mr Hawai I don't think you want to know formline from the bush racing. I will give you two examples. We had a horse, Unrelated, that ran on Monday. Her first run in Kbly was poor, in the Kalahari she won 2 races, on Monday she ran 11th again. Her starting price was 12/1. If you had her formline for the bush racing you would've included her in all your exotics, but running against decent horses in Kbly she just proved her ability.

In Bray a retired maiden won the main race. She beat 4 and 5 time winners. Does that mean they are bringing her back to racing, definetely not.

But still horses may not "work" (these are races) together from different yards except in a race - What's to stop a few gauteng trainers stripping a piece of ground and "racing" untested horses against each other in the name of "bush racing" and then pulling off a coup? - I have nothing against bush racing but I think the horses that compete there should not be racing in conventional races. Also we as the public should be told how long ago a horse ran in such a race - We all know that traveling a horse can take a lot out of it.

Most valid points ...........................Mr.H. Rules should apply internationally as we are betting all over the world it could throw a negative light on how Racing is being governed, not only locally but also abroad.(tu)

I watch a documentary on Special Assignment a couple years ago on Bush Racing in South Africa. A horse got injured and a handheld gun was produced to kill it. It was not a pretty sight.
