Correct my apologies, but apart from rulings what happen today takes the cake. You can't compare it to a objection. The fact remains that the whole race should have been nullified. The stipes should still have used their discretion irrelevant of the rule. We have seen races run before and half the field finished and they declared no race because all horses did not come under start. Why not now?

@ Batman - it's the rule and we all understand that now but as a punter we deserve a refund on a somewhat very unfair result. I've done my cash plenty times without a flinch but in this case every bookie should be behind the very people who put roofs over their heads and food on their table. It's our right to argue this point as we have been robbed of our cash, it was very far from a fair result no matter what the rules say. An objection Batman is a very different scenario.

Well let's start a racing revolution, all in favor no matter what, do not support bookies who have refused to refund. I've already cut my losses and will be seeking a new place to get screwed.

I have seen races be declarded null and refunds paid, fields in exotics. I watched the race at a bettingworld, somebody i know there put on just overr 20k on ms, after the race he thought race will be void or scratching,i reminded him of the rule, remember fly first class did the samething and was declared a non runner ,however at the time they said had he run into the money he would have been declared a runner at the time, basicaly this left him with the hope of the stipes taking the desicion to null and void todays race, untill i told him to look at who owns the winner.
