This is exactly why we need to stand up for ourselves, it's about time we all knew the truth... I'm not sure how deep the hole goes but every punter out there deserves to know where to take his business. Like I said earlier these so called bookies have never been rated, there needs to be some transparency and a mutual respect across the game. My eyes for one have now been opened and betting blindly no more. How much does our business mean? I for one remember during January loosing over 60k in one month to the same bookie and lost with a smile on my face because it was fair game, after yesterday true colours were exposed and I'd rather go elswhere and support my love for betting and be treated the way a customer should. People reflect here how much the bookies stand to loose and how much this and how much that... Yeah, I get it but who ultimately looses out? Who keeps the game running? Who would sponsor a race without the punters? Take away the punters and you end up with no crowds, no entertainment, no sponsors and eventually no trainers, no owners and ultimately a bunch of horses that have no names, but you still end up with bookies (sport betting will never be gone) and no tote and therefore a much wealthier me and you, lol!! I'm venting I know but still baffled how we as punters get treated.
