All you guys fancying Oz to beat England in The Ashes... although miracles do happen and M Clarke (though getting a first baller in this match) has been on fire, have a look at the 3rd test India vs Australia... apparently the bowling is Australia's strength at the moment. India, reeling from just being crushed 3-1 by The Land but already 2-0 up against Oz, are 134-0 after just 24 overs with, I think, 25 4s and 2 6s.
England will batter them both home and away. If you still fancy Oz, I can only suggest a visit to your local shrink

Big problems in the camp OR. More with the coach I suspect but who knows.
Problems in camp + lack of quality = England 5, Oz 0 .... x 2

Stick to horses as your post suggests you no nought about cricket. The Ashes is a different scenario compared to playing in India. There are a couple of bowlers out of the Aussie side at the moment who will play against England and one or two batters are so out of form its unreal. Come July and its all even. By the way did you know that the top 4 scoring batters in the England innings are all South African.

Fifty for Vijay, and now the pair of them past 200 for the first stand.
The Aussie bowlers have no answer ... the Indians are just using them for batting practice. I reckon come Ashes time, England are going to have Oz-on-toast for breakfast, Baggy-green kebabs for lunch and roast roo balletjies for supper.

Why they went with Arthur is beyond me, success breeds success imo and with all the wealth of experience they have available surely they could of found a past test player/coach from Aus.... :S

They went with him because his record as a coach with SA was good. Australia will bounce back. Over the past 4 years they have lost 10 players due to retirement. Show any side they could cope with that sort of a loss.
