You 100% right Frodo, has relocated to Adelaide with the family. I think he captains the side there.

CnC absolutely right. Stop this swopping players the whole time. Top players will adapt to each form of the game. Put your best side available in at all times. Kallis, Amla, Steyn etc will have the occasional off day but in the long run they will do more than the guys drafted in for 1 dayers/20/20.

Personally i think 20/20 cricket can be having a negative effect on young players careers, because in 20/20 they are becoming more innovative with there batting, trying some outrageous strokes etc... these ''bad habits'' have a impact on there batting technique in the long run.

Why select players u know won't play in the Champions trophy ?
Are u looking for ability or one maybe 2 players as a 12th man?

We know continuity is key, we know u need to rest players, we understand injury and niggles and now we understand don't think we'll just steam roller a lowly ranked team
( No disresect to NZ) because this is int. Cricket after all.

You got to be ruthless(even in selection) if you gonna try and be a great one day side

Perfect game to develop a Conspiracy Theory?? Anyway great innings' by Smith & Ingram, set it up to win. As for the rest, maybe they had a bet? Started out full of hope to level the Series, finished off a bottle of Scotch...KMA Proteas !!

Hopefully we pick a proper side including the likes of Amla (was injured), Kallis and Steyn with Morkel (for most matches).

Elgar was picked for the one day series in England then makes a comeback in the test side with a century after his first test pair, and is no where to be seen? Is he injured? Surely with Amla, Kallis, De Villiers out he should have come into the reconing.

Be gross if there's a whitewash.

Mind you I don't think our cricket teams generally are good at speedy thinking "thinking on their feet". Imho that's why they are better at the slower game of Test cricket, where there's more time to correct mistakes and one bad innings isn't the end of the game (usually).

India looking for a big 1st innings lead over Australia. Aussies 237 all out and India 213/1.

Australia dont seem to be at the races in this series. India were very poor against England so maybe they have had a kick up the bum by the coaching staff and their ultra loyal fans.
