I may be wrong but I'm sure that's supposed to be David Kuit ex jock not what I see there which is quite funny. But then I could be totally wrong.
So another question if the horses are suspended what about the people who are supposedly looking after them? Are they fined or what? Or is it back to normal and everything is just fine. Curious to know also if the owners would have known at all or if is just done by trainers.

I think it’s the new owners in most cases apart from the ones who still have them in their yards.
Not sure but overseas these guys would lose their license

.....again the NHRA are going to get some splash back....as they cannot name all the trainers or in whose care the horses were supposed to be in .....because as true as God made little apples.....the necessary paper work has not been completed and some horses have not been transferred properly....take a horse like 12yr old Ligeti .....that raced out of a top Ranjies stable and last was on a race track back in 2013.... who are they going to nail for racing him....he should no longer even be registered as a racehorse....and there are others that have similar circumstances....

I am amazed at the number of horses being raced, this is clearly no minor event and I would love to know how everything is financed seeing some horses are coming from Kimberley. David Kuit seems to be a professional bush trainer, he hardly has any "legit" runners, so how does he make ends meet? Prizemoney? Punting? This whole activity needs to be investigated.

I think trainers should immediately stop sending their horses from any other centre to Kimberley. I'm sure their intention was never to send horses there for Bush racing. Instead try and find it a good home.....

If you peruse that list there are some "multiple" offenders amongst the owners and trainers. What exactly can the NHA do to them?
I think trainers are in the shit because they fall foul of the rule they charged for. However owners can easily give the NHA the middle finger by saying every one of these horses have been retired from organised racing and now have a career in the bush. I must say the owners are entitled to do what they want with their horses, the problem is us punters firing a horse on form not knowing it has an alternate formline and not knowing when last the horse has run.
Maybe someone with info on how this bush racing works could enlighten us. My mate who is strangely mute on this was apparently a willing participant as a kid - hard to imagine that on a horse at any age unless it was a Clydesdale.

Another can of worms
I wonder how many owners train under the lap in yards?
