Your "Pay For The Day" Horse is without a doubt St Tropez in Race 9 this is the closest thing to a racing certainty that you will encounter in a long long time..also chalk him up on your fridge as a serious contender for the big one during the Durban Season!!

The more I watch the QP replay the more I feel for Gold Onyx who had nowhere to go and was switched in twice when running on for 3rd, but heck watching Louis unleash a devastating turn of foot was something really special, over the Met distance I just cannot see Futura beating Louis, looking more and more like Louis day.

I would add Bold Var in the second leg( no headwind today) and Fire Master in the last ( 2.5kg better off with St Tropez for 1.8L)

ARCETRI PINK and TELLINA were never pressed last runs and both are worth an E/w - place dbl is almost 3-1 - I make Arcetri the place bet of the day -
DYNASTIC POWER should do well in the Stayers BUT please put PUTNEY FLYER in all bets!!
SEVEN GRAND will win a race soon while PRINCESS ROYAL was really impressive on debut. I think JET BELLE and ARCETRI PINK will give COLD AS ICE a scare .
