Why is she the best bet? She is under sufferance with many in that race and that debut win was at 40-1 and has produced no winners ? What are your reasons as perhaps I have missed something in that race?

Mr. H.
I was in a serious Meeting last night with Mr.Walker and an other.
After due consideration and debate, Cathay specific was voted "The best bet on the Card !"

There is a weak cold front tonight- just a couple of mm of rain expected and clearing by midday Saturday. Going will not be affected, and just a light south west breeze. Horses should enjoy the slightly cooler conditions.
Runners tomorrow: Have interests in 3 in race 4:
Princess Royal, facile win two weeks ago but no clue as to the strength of the opposition that day. She has come on nicely from that run and must be respected.
Ernie, won nicely second start and has come on from that. Could be anything.
Entre Nous, ignore moderate debut - was found to have mild infection post race. If fully recovered could make the frame under low weight.
The two favourites represent good form, and must be respected, but this is a baby race and many unknown factors. Short list for pick 6 would be the top 3 in the betting, but I will be throwing a few others in once I've seen them canter past.
Race 11. The game Omaticaya carries top weight. She went well with Bernard in the Jamaica hcp when a close second, and hence he retains the ride. Indaba and Pecan Nut look the main dangers and both may be ahead of their handicap ratings. While there are others with chances, I expect these 3 to fight it out.

Feck, going to have to find another 'pay for the day' horse. Got any idea why he might not run?
