What idiots ! Lord help us ! The game is about punters who have brain cells and who use them...
That's probably the main reason why this lot are going to lotto, roulette and machines - all their brains have to control is their hand eye movements... thinking is not a prerequisite !

These clowns had the following info -
1) The jock says on TT "will be very surprised if I miss the first three" This indicates that the horse is very well !( HUH ?)
2) The opening betting is claimed. The horse shortens. The horse is favourite.( HELLLLOOOO!)

These idiots don't back the horse, listen to the post race interview ( hindsight, the perfect sight) and are actually shown up to be a bit thick. So, they have a go at racing, the Owners, transparency, the poor punters blah blah blah.

At no stage do they post that they had all the info necessary and that they were just plain dumb.

Rather, you have to read long stories about what the connections and jockeys of a horse must and must not do. All of a sudden the Owners, Trainers, Jockeys have "obligations"..... because these Punters are thick.

And you have to read these rocket Scientists on ABC, often... good Lord, what a joke !

the guys see or hear some thing they are not comfortable with, they mention it on ABC, opinions are exchanged, everyone benefits from open and frank discussions especially the younger members, so far so good, one or two uncalled for insults fly around then the other clanners get involved and correct, still good,, if there was deception which seems to be the complaint then surely someone connected to the industry should go to the the NHRA who in turn should investigate and issue a statement, that's if transparency and looking after the customer is important to the industry

All those who are crying foul in this debate, what under-hand or illegal activity has taken place? There is only going to be one winner to this debate and it's not going to be the foul criers - you are flogging a dead horse here. The practice of with-holding information from the punting public is practiced world wide, wake up and smell the coffee.

Mister A, conversely, if the horse was beaten, would you still not have felt deceived? Any trainer worth he's salt has to do what is best for the horse and the connections, first and foremost.

Yesterday's incident - dis water wat verby is, let's move on.

bayern Yesterday's incident - dis water wat verby is, let's move on, i can live with that,,,,, i for many years made a living out of the game and loved playing the game and i still work many hours daily providing Formgrids for the game, the incident makes no difference to me other than to provide an answer to the guys who feel grieved, racing DOES need them and their circle, i believe in watering the trees not cutting them down

Mister A, think about this, if a trainer wants to deceive anyone, surely it's got to be the bookmakers, after-all, they are the ones who set the odds and lay the bets, not so? If you took places on the horse, the jockey delivered as he said, not sure what the deception is all about?

i have asked Andrew Bon to upload the interview so as to see first hand what its all about, i just dont want it to end up where the younger guys have no one who will tolerate them cause we feel we are superior with our knowledge, imagine if a few years back Jooste or the like were turned against racing what a loss it would have been for the game, treat the youngsters with patience and respect and who knows what they may bring to the game in time to come, as for the bookies they can take it on the chin
