Legislate went onto Wylie 1st - I really cannot believe the stipes. It was 6 of one and half a dozen of the other!

Travesty of Justice.
Yes I did back the winner WYLIE HALL.
I repeat what I posted on this Forum BEFORE the Stipes decision.Fourie made no attempt to change the whip to his right hand.
Wylie Hall would never have let Legislate go by him and Legislate had plenty of opportunity,
You can be sure that it was Snaith through Fourie that objected.
Am I talking through my pocket.
Of course I am.

Neil Morice inadvertently pointed out what we have been saying for ages ..................would NOT have been upheld in the UK and why didn't the stipes object as they went past the post?

I'm not talking through my pocket, but I honestly think Wylie hall should have been the winner. Byleveld even changed his whip to keep him on a straight line; legislate was hanging in onto Wylie and the jock made no attempt to keep him off, there was plenty running room for both. Feel very bad for the Wylie team.

Look at the owners of Leglislate - Drakenstein Stud - powerful breeders/ owners. Does this influence the decision? In my box, we cannot believe the stipes decision!

well, its not run in the UK and rules are there for this.
I would like some feedback from jocks about the track,Louis The King definitely stumbled coming round the bend.
Another race a horse stumbled near same area.
I hope there were no injuries and I really feel for Byleveld to lose the race, despite my criticism of hes riding.
