Hi Titch welcome back and your input regarding the above Subject. you are a Star as well as Muzi to shake Richards hand after the race or end of race meeting , I am sure they have made up , why are we harping on this subject.
as the Clanners said we all wish Richard a speedy recovery he is still the best . Richard will be Champion Jockey 2014/2015.:)-D

in hindsight....8-)

an accident...which experience will prevent...

May it not affect their racing...

The one part of being a jock...or racing car driver...getting back into the seat....

Muzi is not liked very much amongst jockeys and trainers, but when I see the Bid vest ade on TV it reminds me of muzi sitting in the passenger seat and telling his dad he nailed it after reversing the car

Mike , it was Fouries ground that Muzi took, so why would Richard do anything ?

Mikesack, why would Richard ride the horse aggressively? He was already trying to hold it back to that length or so off the horse in front of him and he was at the back already and the horse was taking a hold. I wonder if Muzi's horse got cut into when he came in as Jet Explorer had to have hit into him behind somewhere to make him fall?

is there not a rule that if you want to take up another horses line you have to be two lengths clear of that horse before you take it up?

was beach beautys jockey within his rights to break the draw so quickly..and then to add to that...slow it right down...which in my opinion created the concertina effect

Maybe horse racing should take a lesson from athletics where you have to stay in your own lane for the 1st 50/100 metres before cutting into the inside lane .?

I don't think that we need to be introducing fancy rules. Race riding and incidents like this have happened for years and the jocks sort these things out amongst themselves if it a consistent problem. The stipes are to blame if no action taken. This should be left where it belongs in the boardroom and jockey room.
