Send muzi to ngong.Pathetic ride by a an extremely overated jockey.Someone could have been badly injured or killed full stop.Ban him and send him to a shrink he might get his attitude right.

What about microphones and cameras on Jockeys helmets ?
Is this too far fetched, and can it assist with detecting reckless riding ?

Just my opinion, I was dissapointed that Ray Curling was calling for a 6 month ban, which I believe was completely offside, glad to see the Richard is OK and no serious injury from what could have been disasterous for him and South African racing, Muzi was gutted after racing as we all were, I can never believe that Muzi would deliberately look to endanger a fellow Jock and I am convinced that it was a very unfortunate accident, hope we see Richard back and firing soon.~ here is a edited vid of the incident ~ vimeo.com/97705838

Titch i dont think anyone thought that Muzi wanted to hurt anyone, but sometimes you have to reign in the win at all costs attitude

there were only 1 of 2 things that would make titch come back on here to post...

1)...if muzi was being persecuted (as it is now)
2).if andrew was being persecuted

even if we lambasted him or even his wife...it wouldnt affect him..

its one of 2 things....he is either LOYAL or DUMB

all in favour of me OPENING thread TO GET CONSENSUS

lol

like we all said we miss flash harry...titch's input is invaluable...love him or hate him..his knowledge is immense....his ashes will be on the hallowed greyville turf....if there is one left..1 of racings men

'I can never believe that muzi would deliberately look to endanger a fellow jockey'.And when he tried to get his connections to f**k up another jockey after the races at greyville?

Hell, Richard Fourie was making no attempt to get his horse behind the horse in front.....................and in that split second Muzi Yeni felt that the possibility to get in existed so committed, in the process the Fourie horse get's squeezed, knocked around whatever so it's a case of you snooze you lose.:o

IMHO Fourie should have either ridden a bit more aggressively to follow the horse in front......................or he should have eased his mount towards the rear of the field.

Any experts or layman's accusation that the incident was deliberate and that it deserves a 6 month ban clearly reflects a blinkered and prejudiced view of the jockey Muzi Yeni and one must beg of the question whether the same hoo-haa would have arose if another jockey was involved or ...............................(td)

If Muzi Yeni was the jock who took the fall..................:S
