Weekend Special - it just aint fair for the Punter

Even now as we speak incompetent www.tabonline.co.za is listing the following card changes for Vaal Sand Race 4:

5- W Marwing -2,5kg
13 - A Aucharuz
14 - Louis Goosen FFS?
15 - Heather Adamson FFS??

Absolute no mention of the change to Pierre Strydom and if the punter was notified here where they normally check for card changes they would have CERTAINLY had better information at hand knowing that Pierre Strydom took the ride on 6/6/2013 on Weekend Special with the same tactics and won comfortably!!

I find it a terrible injustice by the incompetence shown not to update the public properly and in the process rob them of their hard earned cash...There should be a punters society" that act on this incompetence and provide the punter witb a forum to voice their concerns and get rid of this nonsense. Decisions, analysis is based on information and garbage in garbage out...they should fire this clown updating the website so terribly with these changes being blatantly incompetent and costing the punte and the industry lots of money in the process...no wonder the industry is drowning rapidly with these examples of utter incompetence...not even knowing the difference between a jockey and a trainer?! Wtf is going on in this industry??

They only have themselves to blame for the state this industry is in losing revenue by the day...pretty soon we will have a P6 not even worth attempting with a pool of R100k the way these "clowns" are operating,

Fire the whole lot and get new blood in with a passion and desire to succeed...

LL, go onto sahorseracing.co.za and that is the official site for any changes etc. Click on public and then work from the date and get card changes etc. It has everything on there. Everything official is on there. I hope that helps.

Thats BS Craig...Tabonline & Phumelela provides a service and if they want to provide a service they should do it properly since people act on it...
To go to various websites to go get bits & pieces of info and the other websites to place a bet, others to check the odds, etc just means the punter will eventially lose interest...and the trainers will eventually be without a job...

I am with Loopy on this, Tabonline & Phumelela should have all revisions/changes as they become available.

Ok Ok, just trying to help and give the quickest way to get any changes and info. All other websites have to get their info from there. It has fields as they are scratching, racecards, colours, jockeys ,trainers, horses,racemeeting changes and reasons,going etc for about 10 days in advance. I only need that, the Tote and Hollywood and I am fine. Jockey change to Pierre was at 09;27 this morning.

agreed - one stop dissemination with reasons given for scratchings/changes

Why would/should the operators ,who host the racemeetings , get the info of what's happening on their own programme/racemeeting from somewhere else?

Believe you me it will affect their profits in the long run...guaranteed...they can see that happening already ( and mentiobed on another thread) If I was a trainer I would be very worried , get together in unison, and speak to my employer ASAP.
