Another hundred by Warner, second of the match. He is really turning into a quality player in all forms of the game. Lets not forget about his fielding abilities. (tu)

We got 10 wickets in the match. (

Thought Clarke would have declared at the fall of Watto's wicket. :S

There are still +-140 overs left in the test...runs are already too many as SA will need to bat at 3,5 runs / over to win and this cannot be achieved when thinking of survival...as posted before, we seem to have always had captains (from Wessels through Hansie to Smith) who think about not losing first and then only do they consider winning...dominant teams think about winning first...
We will be relying on another miracle effort in our second inning and considering that many of our players have better first inning averages that second, prospects of saving match looking very slim...to those that took the 10/1 - 16/1 on SA to win...that works our to a 9%-5% probably...actual odds closer to 1% or lesser...our blood is green so we live in hope...
As I posted before, even Russell Domingo was shocked at being appointed coach...we have too many fragile egos in SA cricket...the two best coaches for SA would be Raj Jennings and Kepler Wessels but they are their own persons and would speak their mind and this is something that the administrators and Smith wouldn't tolerate...same problem SA had when Hansie was captain...
Clean out necessary and probably an opportune time to do so...takes courage to make decisions...just that we don't have those that can make courageous decisions...cannot see Andrew Hudson and his panel doing so and cannot see CSA doing so...our blood is green so we live in hope...

Let's face it , the Aussies have really dominated us in this test (same as the first test) - only 2 results possible now - an Aussie win or an unlikely draw

Surely the 12/1 on SA is a bit short and the 6/10 on the Aussies is good value? :S

Agreed...especially with first wicket now down...

Amla in early AGAIN...Smith looked to be in self-preservation mode for the last 6-12 months...maybe we should have seen the signs earlier because he certainly did...
Any young pair of openers will do better than what we have had in last 12 months...and at the same time make those changes at 6/7 also...I'm not a fan of De Kock...one day performances does not translate to test performance...he must sort out his technique and then be considered for test cricket...play the ball under the eyes and get behind it...

Elgar gone...15/3...played inside the line of ball on middle and off...repeat what I said about PE performance flattered him...'
Aus 6/10 was a great price for those that got / took it...
