Tell me about the Poms Magic...if they fluke it this year I am going to find a cave to live in because then it will be "this is Sky News its March the 15 2068 and this is the home of the 1966 and 2010 World Cup winners, England"

Neither do I Frodo but have been considering purchasing one. (Heavy price tag though at R550.00). I am sure that there were many black saffers in SA that cringed at the thought of pulling the green and gold over their heads prior to 1995 world cup, but did it. Symbolic showing of unity.
Magic - soccer is a game much like racing. The right team wakes up on a morning and bang the result is upside down. Granted this does not happen repeatedly but our goal realistically cannot be to win the cup but to do better than we have ever done before. If they can play the way they did against Paraguay before Perreira left we have a good chance of passing the group stages of the competition.
I believe that in life, anything is possible...
Perhaps I should go out and buy as many Bafana shirts as I can get my hands on so that if they do get out of the group stages and fluke a semi final, I can sell them on to you okes for a healthy profit!

I wish them well, Al, make no mistake. I am Italian and I know just what it feels like to have one's country win this thing. I don't care much for soccer but even I could barely dare to breathe during that endless cliffhanger of a final in 2006.
