Launch was great, so was the breakfast.
Bonski gave introduction with another superb video contribution then Larry gave the jockey international team and WOW!
FRANKIE DETTORI,
DARRYLL HOLLAND
RICHARD HUGHES
MICK KINANE
CHRISTOPHE SOUMILLION
plus a top jock from Turkey to be announced.
The SA team will be the 4 leading jocks on the log table as at the end of last season and 2 wild cards, chosen by a panel. Andrew Fortune due to injury will be the manager and Anton Marcus the captain.
11th Nov Draw for the rides
20th Nov Lunch to award colours
21st Nov The big day "come racing"
A full release will follow including jocks profiles etc (not that we need them)
Should be a great day and well done again to Larry and the team for putting together such a strong visiting team, special thanks to Tex Lerena

Hell I didn't know about Khan, I knew he was injured but thats very unfortunate. Racing is a tough game for all concerned but the jocks lives are at risk every race.
Well my replacement would be Feelix or Delpech. Maybe they can bring back Dougie White for the day...
Does anyone have the first 4 on the log?

Hughes called up for African jockeys' match
South Africa: Richard Hughes and a leading Turkish rider will replace Ryan Moore and Jamie Spencer in the international jockeys' team to take on the South Africans at Turffontein in Johannesburg on November 21.
Frankie Dettori, Mick Kinane, Darryll Holland and Christophe Soumillon make up the team.
All four took part in last year's match, the first of its kind in South Africa for 20 years.
Racing Association chairman Larry Wainstein, the driving force behind the match, said: "Sir Michael Stoute may have two runners in the Japan Cup so Ryan has had to cancel. Jamie also can't make it as he has other commitments."
The presence of a Turkish rider may be explained by the nation's being regarded as an important simulcast partner to Turffontein's owner Phumelela.
"We have asked two of the top jockeys in Turkey and we should know which one is coming tomorrow," explained Wainstein.
The top four in last season's table are automatic choices for the home team but champion Andrew Fortune is out of action after having knee surgery and has been appointed manager.
Greg Cheyne is now based in Hong Kong and is unable to travel but Anton Marcus, Piere Strydom, Anthony Delpech and Richard Fourie are on the team.
In addition, there are two wild cards. One is former champion Felix Coetzee and the other will be known next week. As last year, there are four races in the match but the visiting jockeys will ride in five.
Wainstein explained: "The extra race is to give up-and-coming South Africa riders a chance to ride against the international stars."
