Is this joke. We cannot log onto TAB then they say we need a new password and when you try it rejects. Then they say they have problems but call telebet. I call and they tell me I need a new password!!!. They put you through to customer care and I waited 14 mins for someone to answer. WTF
Does anyone know whats going on

I used that Bob. It took my info but then comes up Acc locked.

I also tried it couldn't get in,never mind that their results and dividends is also down thank God I bet with WSB I don't need to change my password every 60 days.Why reinvent the wheel?

Just tried logging in again,now it says "account blocked " they have no clue so people can't get into their accounts so they go to the open bet.

.....once gain very poor form from the tote.....got into the site and tried to make a deposit.....money left my bank acc and has not arrived for me to punt from my hotel room....here I go to WSB....the tote sucks big time....

This here is why they should have replaced as many of the useless Phumelela staff as they could while they had the chance. Rotten apples stay rotten apples regardless of what box you pack them in.

I know that its early days however this 4 racing are not making any difference and are doomed to fail unless someone starts taking charge and making a difference. Best this happens quickly

And it's funny how everyone you speak to on the call center generally has the demeanor that they're doing you a favor by assisting you.

And the SILENCE is deafening!!!! OTA is 100% correct the new broom is not doing anything or if they are the reluctance to communicate is unbelievably arrogant. Lets see????

Why are you okes still playing with the tote?
I know it's supposedly good for our racing but why should we have to put up with such garbage?
Until they treat the punter with some respect and actually do their jobs properly they won't see my money that's for sure.

The current problems with the site have resulted from the implementation of several overdue and much-needed software upgrades. These upgrades were thoroughly tested before installation, but once deployed in a live environment caused the system to fail.
