Still waiting to get paid out.
Only payout I have had so far was for Mauritius.
12 bets are still pending.

There are times where I think my previous posts regarding Hollywood’s customer service have perhaps been petty.. and that I shouldn’t waste my time..
but seriously..
In what other world would this model survive.
You have a customer base that is for the most part addicted to your product .. where the competition is not much better, so you stuffed if you take your money elsewhere, stuffed if you don’t..
Yesterday’s piss poor performance is the cherry.
4 hours no settling.. and here is my constant issue...
Not one peep, apology, no comment..
Just silence where we ponder why are we being treated so poorly..
And Bob.. no more wise ass comments in their defense just because you reliant on their banners. Which you have done in the past.. with all due respect. I already know I have the choice to go elsewhere.
Yes we do have the choice.. but we are all adults who know that.. don’t need my nose rubbed in it to add insult to injury.
Again, I ask.. What would it take to post a banner on their homepage explaining the issue.. giving some insight to how it can be rectified.. what is going on etc.
If they can do it for banks offline.. or for marketing purposes why not also common issues ? When you know people are wondering what’s going on..
We bemoan the president and his band for silence and not communicating.. this is much the same.
Otherwise we sit twiddling thumbs hoping it will be sorted... getting more frustrated.. and that’s why slag off.. my issue has always been about communication.. the lack of it.
And no, I didn't see my back side yesterday because I had funds to carry on...
but seriously..

I can only assume Dev had the weekend off .... as I have stated over and over... no Dev..no recourse or communication.

Dev should start to fire and hire - too many errors to be fun (how many times I gey the error msg for years now - at least now it seems the bets you were trying to place are save - I used to copy all my bets before hitting"submit" so that I could reenter them after the error msg)

I did want to chill today but will answer you.
Bob does everything to bring to the attention of bookmakers and tote concerns posted on site.
We have no sponsorship arrangements with HW for over a year due to a nasty post
In addition we were not paid for 5 months via phumelela and TT however that has made no difference in us trying to help the posters on the site.
I always insist that the posters are THEIR customers not OURS.
