Happy to report that Matthew from HW did phone me again this afternoon - reset my account and I was able to log in :) Somewhat optimistically told me that I would have to FICA before I will able to withdraw :ohmy:

.....see that they have made some changes to the website......however it is still fraught with glitches and gremlins....
had a few sheckels go missing while transacting a bet and thought I had over punted or played in the wrong box.... then checked the bet and it was exactly what I played yet my balance was way less.....then logged out and back in and the correct balance was back there....:S as a multiple bet transactor and on many meetings this is rather off putting logging out and back in to reset these glitches......:(

Laughing to myself, the same thing happened to me. For some unknown reason the balance on the home page take forever to change, even when you deposit money. The accounts page has the correct totals.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Krezzy ,just re submit the withdrawal,it does the same to me,but after submitting a second time it seems to work.

@ Krezzy,did you place bets to the full value of the amount you deposited.If not withdraw you winning bets amount and play the balance of your deposited amount.

What a useless bunch (Hollywood), 4 days on and i am still waiting for an sms with a voucher number. As poor as the odds are on fixed odds/the tote, i will revive that account going forward.
