I doubt he should even be attending to our problems - The helpline should work and any unresolved issues should be forwarded/escalated to a team leader - Dev should not be doing other people's jobs just because he cares!!

It is not ABC who is the culprit here .... and I'm sure everyone appreciates the effort Bob puts in ..... however must agree that HW seems to have dropped the ball .... sad world we live in where one's choices are limited.... in HW defense I have to mention that someone phoned me this morning at 8:30 .... being a Sunday, I was preparing for a church service.... asked the guy to phone me back tomorrow.... let's see if he does

What is the purpose of the on-line chat? Sent two messages today waiting for an sms for a cash send withdrawal from FRIDAY.

Does anyone know someone at Hollywood i can speak to, i am still waiting for an sms for my cash send withdrawal on Friday. You hang on forever on the telephone and cut the call out of frustration, and the live chat cancels the chat due to lack of response, but not from my side, from their side.

Is it for ABSA or Standard Bank ?

If you got the pin sms and it is for Standard Bank dial *120*212# from the phone that suppose to get the sms. It will give you a list of uncashed vouchers. I am sure ABSA will have a similar USSD to check you wallet.
