Hollywood Again and Again and today again-again
5 years 9 months ago
It would appear that everytime I got a issue with Hollywood, I must complain via Tapatalk as only then they take action.
I was promised 3times today that "some-one" will phone me back... 3hours later still waiting.
This is my account number Hollywood, you got my details, please phone me back.
Acc 132649
Will state my complain here tomorrow morning at 8 if Hollywood does not phone me back by then.

Can I make a suggestion as these continual posts slating Hollywood are tedious.
Can one of their staff members ( or someone assigned ) not just monitor PM's from people having issues? It is great that there are responses to problems when they occur, but I feel as a bookmaker that actually responds, they get the short end of the stick when the dirty washing is aired every time there is a problem.

I agree. HW have been only professional in all my dealings , so when I see these posts , I believe the many reading them don't see the real effort they invest in to solve and prevent. Great suggestion.

5 years 9 months agoI take it that when you follow the normal route having a problem and you have to deal with untrained and incompetent staff, then one must take the extra step and report itor complain via other avenues.Over the Air wrote: Can I make a suggestion as these continual posts slating Hollywood are tedious.

Working in the retail environment for many a year, the customers is king, not always right but if you fail your customer, you fail your business.
Why would a company spent thousands of rands to attract a customer, but fail to maintain relationships as soon as the customer is hooked/signed?
Not slating Hollywood, I am the customer, the guy who buys their product, and who or where should I go if the company in which I invest/risk my money does not care about good customer care?
Promises to phone me back which are then ignored by Hollywood staff is POOR customer service, I would bend over backwards to assist if I had a customer spending at least a grand a day 7 days a week 30 days a month at my company..

......the grass is never that good on the other side.....
....and better the devil you know....almost got into HW in the days of Hollybucks wins and got credits and account set up.....but man it was a hassle to get going and pursue continuous betting with them.... .eventually gave up before I really could get started.....was a small fish in their vastly expanding pond....but good to know that they too are in a similar canoe to many of the others.....

To be brutally honest to avoid hearing whines like this all the time. If Hollywood is so bad move along ffs they not the only bookies in town.
