R4, Ernesto.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

It would be fitting for R 5 # 5 TROOP THE COLOUR - to bring home the bacon for Ronnie Sheehan.
I'll have a few bob on, ALDO rides

Trainer Comments
Durbanville
Race 1
Glen Kotzen
No 6 Count Dubucks : Should need the outing
No 12 Princess Penelope : Lovely action but will need the experience.
Brett Crawford
No 7 Enceladus will need the run
No 8 Heart Stone will need the run.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 11 Philomena : nice filly but quite a nervous and a green type so
is likely to need the experience first time out.
Joey Ramsden
No 14 Waldorf Astoria is a nice filly.
Race 2
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 2 Ollivander : Small field her, work has not been that inspiring on
the sand but he has ability and he is usually better in a race so we
are hoping to run a competitive race.
No 3 Ontenderhooks : Filly is doing really well. They scrapped the
fillies race so we are taking on the cots now but it is a small field
and she should run well.
No 5 Pacific Chestnut : Nicely weighted here and could be our
selection. Good each-way chance.
Race 3
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 1 Cradleofgratitude : First run back after time off with a wind
operation and gelding. Drawn badly and he should need his first run
back. Breathing is a lot better though and this run should bring him
on well.
Paul Reeves
No 7 Captain's Salute has come on from his debut and I am expecting a
big run from him.
Glen Kotzen
No 8 Fort Calgary is a nice colt but will probably need the run.
Dean Kannemeyer
No 11 Shy Guy is a nice colt but will need the run.
Brett Crawford
No 12 Tuscan Kiss will need the run.
Race 4
Paul Reeves
No 8 Grand Inn should enjoy the extra distance and I am expecting a better run.
Greg Ennion
No 9 Jay's Hawk : He is not well drawn but he can do better this time.
Race 5
Peter Wrensch for Ronnie Sheehan
No 5 Troop The Colour ran a good race last time out and I am expecting
him to go very close.
Greg Ennion
No 6 Cedar Man is not a bad horse and won well last time out. He is
improving and has a chance.
Race 6
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 3 Mixed Signal is doing well at home and steps up in trip The
jockeys tell us she is looking for this now so we are expecting a big
run from her.
No 8 Gimme London was impressive on debut, steps up in trip but should
be respected and could well follow up as she looks a smart filly.
Race 7
Mike Robinson
No 3 Shall Be Free is very well and we are hoping he can place.
Race 8
Joey Ramsden
No 5 Bravo Boy has a place chance.
Greg Ennion
No 6 Dharma is badly drawn again and was badly drawn on debut. He can
go close with luck in running. He has Vikram to beat.
Snaith Racing
No 8 Ladder Man is doing well at home and has a nice each-way chance.
Geoff Woodruff
No 9 Marcus Adamus : May need the run.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 10 Nolimitations : First run but drawn 12/12 and will need the
experience from the draw. He is a big long striding horse and coming
on well at home. To get into the race from that draw will be a tough
debut. Should give a good account of himself though.

I see the pen is 19 today... Wonder if the trainers that withdrew their runners for "fast going" at the New Years meeting will scratch?
