KEEPING TRACK

Hello girls!
Ja!No!Fine! Did you watch the "MEN ONLY" show on Tellytrack last night?

You did? How about the back patting of the four suits from Pumhelela?

The retiring chief and the incoming headMAN unashamedly beat their chests about the fact that the new MAN knows nothing about horseracing?

Dear God, how is "the unique, integrated, vertical model" of trickledown ignorance going to save horseracing in South Africa? They can't fill their own grandstands, so they are going "to take the world on."
Mortifying stuff!

Time to cut and paste.
Mumtaz Mahal

PS When God made MAN, she was only joking.

Dear James and catsmug,
We know you're members of the "stronger sex", but would be very interested to hear what you two testerone factories thought of Mr Kritsiotis interviewing his own bosses?
Not a single question about their failure to build a fanbase in South Africa??????????
Coming as I do from England, I am disgusted at your sycophantish press.
With love and hisses

No. But so what?
P has a contract with the RA & an obligation to it's shareholders. It passes on both scores doesn't it? It fulfills it's contract and squeezes every other penny for shareholders of whom RA is 33%.
Isn't this exactly what happens when you make a pact with the devil

Catsmug, listen lovey,
the RA is a beneficial shareholder in PhUmelela the public company to the tune of 35.88%.

At the same time, the obligation of Phumelela to racing is contractual.

Don't talk about shit above your pay scale. Poor language doesn't help you make your point.

Which is what?

What a chop YOU are catsmug
lol

The 'contract' between the RA & P is an agreement referred to as THE STAKES AGREEMENT signed in 1998, where stakes increases are calculated by a formula.

The Trust on the other hand hold the shares and collect the dividends. The trust is controlled by it's founding statementment, and the trustees guard and or governed by that.

What a joke you are, you have opinions, but as usual, didn't bother to consider the facts. Have you noticed how those darned facts will trip you up every time?
Chop?

Cmug Why you posting faster than nom?
I don't apologize for P. But u are to P what TS is to RA, biased against.

YOU said no contract, so I showed you. Don't ask me questions as if I represent them because I don't.

What you do is moan about what is done and dusted. P is a public co., which means it only pays what it must, looks after itself and it's owners. It publishes what it must by law as any other Ltd.

Again, you like a fart in a windstorm crying over and over.
