Any of the corporates going to price up and offer up to 100k of a horse or going to wait like sheep like they normally do?maybe interbet can put the race up and list of likely runners and punters and the bookmakers can put up bids and offers ...

"Let's have some early betting or interbet to put up the fields and the market to establish itself."

Posted same on July thread
When i asked Gary a while back he says he prefers to post with some prices and offers rather than a blank sheet?

Lets see if they can make an early plan this year

Last winter needs to improve another 4 -7 lenghs to be competive in the July HANDICAP ... doubt the will even think about the July if he doesnt go overseas . He will be aimed at the big wfa race in jhb if they decide to travel and the champions cup end of July (same races as captain america and legal eagle )

Until the Tripple Crown is raced I think we are speculating - There may be another potential champ in Gauteng - I wonder if given a choice of which horse to stick with for the rest of it's career if Delpech would choose Majestic Mambo or Last Winter

Mr H, and Warren, with all due respect (and I have utmost respect for both of you) ... Is there no concern about the history of horses competing in the triple crown (winning in this case)? History doesn't speak to many great things for a horse able to achieve great things... Imvho, Abishiri would be on a far higher earning mark had it not gone through the tough triple crown.... Yes, it broke down in the July, but.... Was that not just a consequence of its prior escapades?

I think he will go very very close to winning this year should he stay. Many had questioned KZN runners in up for the Cape season which alot of the fancy really did fluff their lines ie.Bill silver and sand and sea howe've Last winter had two cracking good runs and is maturing quiet nicely

Should he stay and hope he skips the triple crown and Jhb season as I agree with Karma 100% he gonna take some beating.

Well this is just my thoughts :cheer:
