Ryan Moore once again showed why he is the best on the planet. What a ride on Clemmie at Newmarket.

For now, we need not worry about Ngong clashing with the the Arc as Ngong is scheduled to end at 15h05 and the the Arc's carded time is 16h05.
I think Freetabsheet forgot about Enable in its betting.

I agree with Dave that this race is still the benchmark of the European Flat Racing season but my concern is that it comes towards the end .
Sometimes the best horse doesn't win because they have been at it for over 7 months.
With all the big races that have been added to the Flat racing programme over the years it becomes a huge feat to keep horses on the go.
Enable is meeting improving and older top class horses in a large field at a variance of maximum 9 lbs.and has been racing in what will be her 8th race since March.Same applies to Winter who seems to be running with half the Ballydoyle stable.
Horses in the past, like Treve, would be laid out just for this race.
Enable could well win The Arc but whether she is an even money chance is disputable.I do hope she wins.
I was very impressed with Capri's last win and will take a small win and place.

....notice that TAB are not co=mingling swingers with the French tote.....be prepared for some odd payouts from our p!ss poor pools.....on days that we have no coverage of French racing the swingers are co-mingled....yet today they are not.....TAB trying to get a bigger cut of our tiny pie.....
