TAB Online blues.....

....been a long week......feel asleep during Greyville night racing.....open the TAB site to check the results as I see I still have a balance in my account.....Greyville results are available from July and and earlier in the year ....FFS what happened to August and September.....I see the IT beaver has loaded up coming venues on the will pays for the next week some 35+ meetings.....but has not yet loaded the fields in the betting portal for HK....been waiting all this time for field to be loaded ....now TT says Hong Kong only tomorrow..... :S ....why the f@ck is it up in the betting panel today....

Muhti the short answer is they are totally inept and useless. And so is their so called Help Line.

They just don't give 2 shits about us the punters who pay their salaries. So I don't support them anymore, just use their website to check results etc. They can get stuffed.

waiting almost two months for someone to call me - since they have banned my residential IP address -( I imported their live payout frame into a spreadsheet to keep tabs on the market alongside my race workings.)

Result is now for two months cannot access my online betting account - so have had to shift my betting pool to another provider.

If they don't want anybody linking to the live data - just say, unban my IP and we can all get on with life - however for past two months my money is being wagered elsewhere.

....like to think that my early morning rant has been seen by someone at TAB......because HK portal has been removed from the upcoming betting panel......progress I guess....but FFS I'm getting tired of being the crash test dummy....as all the other guinea pigs have left and gone to Hollywood..... :S

Indeed - It's a public feed, any browser can open it in a single frame, and any spreadsheet program can import it -- don't know what they are fussing about. problem is they cannot make contact , cannot reply to emails, phone calls, and promises to call to jjust sort out the matter or advise me that they aren't going to reverse the ban.

From a service level perspective that is just shoddy, and 3rd world.

.....not at all IT savvy and don't know how (if they did find out) you had imported the feed.....and then you can record and store it.....by doing this you are able to see the fluctuations in the pools and copy and store....especially the negatives like cancellation or reversal of bets which would prove the pool manipulation some have cited on this forum.... :ohmy:

....less than 30min to 1st covered event at Hong Kong this morning.....and no fields loaded yet....also an early morning Ozz venue does not even appear in the betting panel yet.... :huh:

....they got it up with 8min to spare.....but have delayed me because I need to be else where... :whistle:
