If they don't want anybody linking to the live data - just say, unban my IP and we can all get on with life - however for past two months my money is being wagered elsewhere.
Indeed - It's a public feed, any browser can open it in a single frame, and any spreadsheet program can import it -- don't know what they are fussing about. problem is they cannot make contact , cannot reply to emails, phone calls, and promises to call to jjust sort out the matter or advise me that they aren't going to reverse the ban.
From a service level perspective that is just shoddy, and 3rd world.
It easy sir, open your spreadsheet, insert sheet, link to external data and paste in the URL of the web page. In this way I had automated calculations like percentage of pool , amount of bet struck in last minute , win/place ratio continuously updating on the screen.
Now when I try to view the live payout feed on tabonline, or log into my tab account -- I get the message that my IP addressed has been blocked by the site.
Of course any IP address hitting your server every 10 seconds would be of concern to any administrator - but at least entertain the customer when he tries to explain. I am quite prepared not to link to the feed - since it didn't really provide me with critical information - was just for convenience sake.
