Heard Grant Knowles tell Stan that he had 12 horses in his Place Accumulator in the Feature race leg on Saturday and still went out.And these are the guys supposedly in the thick of things.Pity ? the poor punter who must scratch around in the racecard to find a winner.

It's why the cost per line needs to be brought into line with inflation........people will stretch their "budgets" to chase the money ...........if there is one thing that's certain,it's that a very small number of punters are disciplined enough to stick to their self imposed limits, when they see life changing pools!

Its like the scoop 6 in the UK guys, it`s the man in the street that builds the pools with his 2 or 3 perms then 6 weeks the pro`s pounce in their syndicates.. most giant pools in the UK are won by syndicates

Did you see the pool for the Soccer 13 on Saturday? Approx R 34,OOO,OOO--- . :woohoo:
Now there's a tidy life changing pool and for those big rollers with access to oOodles of boOdles, there's three options per game with a total of 13 games. Then multiply your perm by R1.80 or R1.90, no % and fractions to dilute the dividends and hooray you're in the $$$$$ .

I dont know what the cost per line for the Scoop 6 is but if it was 1p per line then there will be no syndicates.

There is a distinct difference between syndicates and taking a similar share ,on your own,by virtue of fractional betting.
On your own you get exactly the bet you want for your share ....in a syndicates (and why most don't have any longevity) is everybody wants to choose and structure it to their fancies!!!

Not sure what I don't or do know but just checking the 2nd race from fairview
The fav looked like a 6/10 shot based on all forms ratings etc so I took a few atcs for the day and this was a firm banker it drifts to even money before the off and runs a shocker after leading
So some people do know and other not
Good punting

Rob I shouldn't really ask you this, but are your ratings a more accurate guide than the official ratings ?
