You could clearly see as Craig Joubert was leaving the pitch that he had the "runs"

He blew crap no wonder he had the shits. :P Dave would be nice to take a Mulligan on that throw into the line-out.
CnC the Argentine scrum is going to fold the Ausie scrum and I dont see them winning half of their own ball put ins. WP Nel single handedly stuffed them up, now put eight WP Nels up against them. Hope the ref knows his scrumming laws.
I know we are not the French but I have no idea how we are going to neutralise the NZ team. Hope their bus has 8 punctures on the way to the grounds and they have to forfeit the game. :silly:

The Boks we know were robbed when they lost to the ABs last time out. If they keep their discipline and don't get a clone Bryce Lawrence then the Boks WILL reach the final. The ABs can only win World Cups at home with the help of the ref, like Joubert helped them in the 2011 final

I think we can beat the ABs BUT we have to neat them tactically noways we can beat em at a running game. I really think Springboks r going to win

I think Mr Garces is yet another 'challenge to overcome' if we want to upset the AB's - yes we ran them close in Johannesburg earlier this year (and beat them last year) - but we have no Coetzee or Brossouw this time - no matter how we play it (and for me I think Meyer has to think about playing Lambie if we are going to play the 'kicking' game), even if we execute our line-outs and scrums well and defend like crazy and we kick to perfection, we are still going to struggle at the breakdown points - and we all know how dangerous the AB's are with possession from the rucks.

I know we normally do not play our best in wet conditions, but for Saturday I think we need to perform a few 'rain dances' - at least if it is wet, it will become a more even contest

As for the other game, I have backed the Aussies to make the quarters and also to make the final - but I think I will cover my money as Argentina was very impressive against the Irish and the Aussies should not even have been in the semi's but for that blunder by Mr Joubert

right serious talk. I honestly think that the Boks have the team to beat the ABs. Keep Reid quiet and the Boks are a third of the way there. Snuff out the two centres by getting to Carter and that's the semi final won. Keep the discipline, are you reading this Du Plessis brothers, and the ABs wont have any kicks to aim at goal.

Australia must be very careful of the Pumas as they are flying high on confidence and with Bosch back in the fray anything is possible

Yet again, the coach who counts with his fingers, names his side early on a Wednesday, Hanson and his coaching staff will now select their side around the SA side. Why cant Meyer for once announce his side on a Thursday or Friday, thus making other coaches actually work on their tactics and in doing so keep them guessing.

So does Mr Meyer know what the tactics are going to be ............with Pollard it seems that he may want to take on the AB's at their own game by attacking the game line and spreading the ball - for that tactic to pay off I think we needed a 'fetcher' like Brossouw; as I stated I would have preferred Lambie to start (no use in changing to the kicking game when you are 15 points behind) and also started with Matfield - but perhaps the reasoning is to have Matfield on the field in the closing stages IF we manage to still be in with a chance ......
