Unlike the Boks on Saturday past, the Scots are taking the points when in range and not kicking for touch looking for the try.

Try saving tackle on the whistle keeps Japan right in it, if anything they had a better 1st half today than on Saturday

In the NZ, Australian and Japanese game the Springboks were leading until Meyer brought on the substitutions. I cannot remember the Argentinian game.

Argentina lead 27-13 at half time and then just after half time scored a converted try to make it 34-13 so SA were not leading when the messiah made his changes

How Jean de Villiers and Victor Matfield are still in the starting fifteen defies logic (very rare trait nowadays)...and in so doing keeping out two better, hungrier, fitter, younger players...
Surely Jean and Victor, if they really cared about the TEAM as much as they say, they should have volunteered to step aside unless their delusion is telling them that they had great performances on Saturday...
Shocking...

Agree...getting knocked back in the tackle often and leading to mistakes...

There is the bonus point, that's five points for them to go top of the pool.
