Greyville 22 Feb

MISS NIGHTINGALE - I will be watching her with interest - I see Laird has a Battalion at the ready but her half sister by Ashaawes won her second start over 1200m(Catchprase).
Warm White Night should add extra speed and also is a Mr P sire so from draw 1 she could be a springer.

Just one for me as well, taking a chance on a runner who once upon a time ran 1,50 lengths behind Beach Beauty and 2,70 lengths behind Cape Town Noir. Lake Arthur for me!

Good luck to all!! Hope the weather plays its part.

FYI, races 6, 7 and 8 at Greyville today have been moved from the turf to the Polytrack.

from lips Facebook
Weather still overcast but not raining at the moment. Very cool for this time of year, which combined with the buckets of rain that fell yesterday should make conditions on the Poly perfect. Remember, these tracks were invented for European winter conditions!

I see no reason why racing won't go ahead.

Good enough for me
