Magic Feet or not?

Rumours abound that the winner of today's 1st wasn't a horse named Magic Feet. Anybody else heard the same?

From SPORTINGPOST
Unconfirmed reports have filtered through from Kenilworth racecourse that the shock debut winner of the first race, Magic Feet, has been disqualified following discovery that the incorrect filly had raced.
The Darryl Hodgson trained filly had beaten the odds on favourite Abyssinia by a neck in a thrilling finish to the Maiden Plate run over 1000m.
There was little interest in the winner who started at 66/1 and paid over R50 for a tote win.
The quartet on the race paid over R180 000.
It appears that the identity fault was only detected after the all clear had been posted. The winning stakes have been forfeited.
The connections of the odds on favourite Abyssinia are thus the beneficiary of the first stakes cheque and the Trippi filly is out of the maidens, and technically a winner.
No comment was forthcoming from the Stipendiary Stewards on track.
While the possibility of a trainer mixing up one chestnut filly with another is always a risk, the serious question begs as to why the horse identifier did not pick the error up prior to the race?
One also feels for the backers of the odds on Abyssinia, as their money was done in cold blood.
Further reports will follow as information comes to hand.

Really hard to get our heads round this, the trainer sends wrong horse by mistake and who ever checks the horses misses the wrong horse ? Is it a stipe or a vet that checks the horses ?
