problem with the death penalty is that far too many innocent people have been put to death and will be just to close the case and to get a result. Only if its 100% certain and its premeditated then yes i agree fully with the death penalty.

i saw a programme about SA gangs and they went to Pollsmoor prison. Some of of those blokes are scarey even MS13 members would shit themselves
