people may criticise the death penalty but FOR sure no fcuker ever put to death has re offended. Like in other walks of life and war there are casualties of whats termed friendly fire. For me its a no brainer, the death penalty should be the ultimate punishment, then work its way downwards. I have no doubt in my mind that eliminating the death penalty has had an impact on other serious crimes being perpetrated because their sentences have now moved up 1 notch.
I say bring it back to the whole world. Stick it on telly like big brother and rid the world of this scum that clearly deserve to die.
