Arsenals excuses are easy to identify.................Arsen Wenger is way past his sell by date!

Watching them play Schalke........certain imbalances were clear within 20 mins ............ even the commentators predicted he would do nothing until Schalke scored.(ie.too late)...they were spot on.

As a United fan I was hugely disappointed when Liverpool sacked their Queen. In similar measure, I will be delighted if Arsenal and Wenger ever part company. A really top class manager imho and seemingly a distance ahead of any other manager in identifying young talent at reasonable prices. Football will be the loser when he goes. He may have had some problems lately but I think much of it has been beyond his control and he masterminded a superb recovery from the early troubles last season. If Fergie had left when he first mooted retirement, Wenger would have been easily my first choice to replace him. A long long way from being past his sell by date in my opinion, I would look for other contributory factors as the cause of Arsenal's difficulties.

Here is a new one from Liverpool supporters (or is it an old one)

2 drunken supporters arguing in the pub recently.
The Liverpool supporter says to the United supporter:

We don't care about winning the league. When we beat United , to us that is like winning the league.
We won't build another stadium. We love Anfield. The seating is close to the playing field so that we can intimidate Rooney and company and like to get them banned.

Pathetic sods.

Thierry Henry on his way back to Arsenal in January this has to be a hoax.....

It would seem that English giants Arsenal and living Arsenal legend Thierry Henry cannot get enough of each other, as the Frenchman agreed to a second consecutive loan spell at the club. Following a dismal start to the season, Arsenal will be hoping that the return of the club's all-time leading goalscorer will spark a mid-season revival.
Give everything but up!

even at the position arsenal are in the league i still say they finish in the top 4.wenger is a living legend at arsenal and changed their style from boring, boring arsenal to a team who plays an exciting style of football and were it not for man utd and sir alex fergusen they would have won much more silverware than they did under wenger.b4 the russian's arrival at chelsea, arsenal was the only opposition utd faced in the premiere league and wenger did it while always showing a profit for the club.
