Soccer is the most popular game in the world. No, let me rather say, most people in the world play soccer. I do not dislike it. I use to play soccer, (>:D

Watching Gillette Soccer Xmas Special. All the old names of the guys who were on the show, Marsh, Mclintock, George Best (what a player). So much work goes into producing the show. Goals flying in all the time and these guys just keep up. Merson and Le Tiss are the best as they make you laugh all the time especially Merse as he can hardly pronounce any of the foreign names. I love it when Liverpool concede a goal and Phil Thompson gets the hump when they do. Chris Kamara should be a stand up comic. Everything is unbelievable to him and he really makes it fun to watch.

Football to millions of people is a religion. They eat on eat.they drink on it,they live for it as their very excistance relies on it because for millions there is nothing else but football. I have been lucky enough to go and watch matches in Brasil, Argentina and Mexico. These fans are crazy for their teams. People commit suicide if their team loses an important match. They go crazy. They cry for days if their team gets defeated and on the other hand they celebrate until the next game if they win. The passion is unbelievable in those countries that in fact it is scarey. The fans here in the UK are mild in comparison. The singing and the chanting are nothing compared to what it is like in South America.

PS dont knock Maradonna as the Scots love and worship him for that hand ball goal.

OR and CNC...I also love the game. Played it for many years and now the kids as well.

BUT, and its a big but. I will never allow my love of the game to compromise my character and integrity.

As Mourinho once said at an interview after a defeat, he is going to go home, have a shower, and take his family out to the movies and dinner.

We have to put things into perspective, Disliking CNC just because he dislike MU is ludricrous, to say the least:) There's a lot of sh.it happening in this sick world of ours (PS: I just downed a bottle of red).
