No I saw it when watching in the early hours. I am watching the Big Bash match between Adelaide Strikers and the Melbourne Stars. Great batting so far. Stars could get 210 plus here

My predictions are running at about 85%. Not too bad even if I say so myself.
Weekend kicks off with a lunch time kick off Sunderland v Spurs. Sunderland have found some form and Spurs are playing very well. Cant see a high scoring match but a possible 1-1 draw
Villa v Wigan. This is what you call a 6 pointer. After outplaying Liverpool , Villa have been thrashed 0-8 and 0-4. Wigan have lost their last two to Arsenal and Everton by the odd goal. That tells us that Wigan should get the points but somehow I cant see Villa performing as poorly as they have in this match. Going for a 2-2 draw.
Fulham v Swansea. Fulham look as if they are finding a bit of form again whereas Swansea play very well against the top sides and drop points against the teams around them. Going for a draw 1-1
Man U v WBA. WBA are having a great season but United been at home should take all three points in a 3-1 win
Norwich v Man City. Norwich are slipping after going unbeaten for a good 6 matches. Man City have to win this to keep pressure on their neighbours. Could go either way but I think Man City will just do it 2-1
Reading v WHU. Surely the luck has to change for Reading. They need a win and this may just tbe the game that provides them with it. 3-2 to Reading
Stoke v Southampton. Stoke had a very good win against Liverpool and another 3 points is for the taking for them. 2-0 to Stoke
Arsenal v Newcastle. Newcastle playing pretty well in their last few matches and Arsenal are going to have to be on their game to get all three points. Close affair with Arsenal just edging it 2-1
Everton v Chelsea. Wow what a game in prospect have we here. Got a feeling that Everton will win this in a classic 3-2
QPR v Liverpool. QPR have a knack of getting points at home against the big sides when the need them. QPR to win 2-1

Manchester - Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini insists his team have shown they are better than United and have plenty of time to make up the six-point deficit to their city rivals.
But he believes that his team's lack of European football, coupled with United's Champions League commitments, will have an impact in the new year.
He added: "For this reason we have 23 or 24 games until the end and I don't think it's a big problem to recover six points.
"But I used to keep it in the dressing room not like other people that talk outside the dressing room. For me it's not like this and we know where this comes from."
But then! "Maybe the referee ate too much for Christmas," said Mancini before adding that Friend missed a foul on Pablo Zabaleta in the build-up to the 53rd-minute winning goal by City discard Adam Johnson.
Can't believe the difference between soccer managers (coaches) and rugby coaches. Soccer they can abuse officials and other managers. You will never see that in rugby. Always respect towards others.

in rugby when a player is issued a yellow or red he just walks off without much hassle whereas in football when a player thinks that the ref has made a mistake he goes off on the deep end. Footballers have no or little respect for the officials Rugby is a thugs game played by gentleman whereas football is a gentlemans game played by thugs.

seems like Mancini thinks United will beat Real Madrid ? Madrid knocked his team out, so his thought process seems questionable,as United may have only 2 midweek games.

UNBELIEVABLE
Ferguson has escaped a charge from the FA for his yobbish behaviour. Absolute joke that he can get away with that yet if a manager or player tweets something that the FA do not approve of they get a 10k fine and a ban. One rule for Man United and another for the rest.
Wenger kicked over a bottle of plastic water and got a 15k fine.

CNC, you need to compare apples with apples mate. I'm not defending AF's behaviour but, can you compare it with AW violent conduct or the tweeting offensive remarks.
Come now - play fair.

I like you so I am not going to reply. Yesterday the Man City manager said in his post match interview that he thought the ref in his game had too much Xmas pudding as he was slow. The FA are going to fine him. Also yesterday the QPR manager said that the ref had made a mistake by allowing a goal to stand when his keeper was clearly fouled and also the ref did not award his side a penalty for handball, The entire world saw both incidents and Redknapp is 100% correct. The FA are going to fine him for his comments. Where is the fairness?

CNC - thanks, and I like you too
We agree that Fergie's remonstrations were out of order. BUT, nobody except the officials KNOW what he SAID. That's the difference.
He did not publicly humiliate anyone.
Lots of managers do what fergie did whenever there's a decision they disagree with. The difference is that the referee yesterday delayed the game to entertain Fergie...and Fergie took full advantage of it.
Mancini publicly attacked the competence of the ref - different charge and different sanctions altogether.
