After the lovely hiding i took at Durbanville yesterday, i have decided to only bet on weekends for the month of March, but will still put in my compo pick of course!

Interesting runner is Penthouse Mouse, may well be effective on the sand, half brother The Mouseketeer certainly relishes the surface .....don't leave it out your exotics....

Same here. Not betting on the perde for a while, but still studying and playing the 'fantasy game'
Having a go on rugby at the moment

Thoughts fro today - concur mostly with The Happy Horseplayer:

R3: Both the Easmus runners must have a chance, but Key Ridge has been very inconsistent - interesting that Rodeo Dandy is running again today - sand probably not his best surface - and Provencal another unknown on the sand - Maji Moto the safest option for the PA imo
R4: Sapphire Ring has plenty going for her here; Ugly Betty also a must inclusion with the Matchett coupling in the P6 - not sure about Candy Cotton - has been disappointing recently and may be better over 1000 - LG ?
R5: Prime Mover my first choice - jumps from the 1 draw and has run some very good races over this trip - also obvious chances to The Mousketeer, Chrysalis (won this race last year off a much lower MR) and Boss Cat (badly drawn) - interesting that Striker takes the ride on Carlito Brigante
R6: Difficult filles handicap imo - as gregb suggests Penthouse Mouse may well improve on the sand and Think Again (who holds Moonriver Magic on form) should be ready to run a big race - All in the Mind tries the surface so could either love it or hate it
R7: Another tough fillies handicap any of the 5 in the betting could win, and a roughie to consider could be Dona Datia - like Greylami a daughter of Daylami and Greylami has been devestating on the sand recently
R8: Blue Concorde seems to have improved a lot in his last run and shoul prove hard to beat if he can repeat that effort.
R9: Just Knock just failed last time and should prove hard to beat here - only danger imo The Club King if he takes to the sand
