Dunno about all this crap about his head not being right. Rode two winners today and both were cracking rides. Well done to him.

I think he needs to go and sit with the Snaiths to sort this hiccup out......and sooner than later.

You spot on Hotline. What a team they were. They have dominated PE the last few months and were superb in Cape Town too. They all good guys and really both trainer and jockey are losing out by the current circumstances.

Richard is a top class rider and riders of his caliber will always bounce back, the Snaith yard is one of the most professional yards in the country and they too will continue to have many winners so it stands to reason that together they were formidable and it would be good for racing Richard and Snaith Racing if their differences could be ironed out sooner rather than later..
Give everything but up!

Yes, hopefully this is more of a lovers' tiff (so to speak!) than a full on divorce. Fourie and Snaith are a great team, but if the split is permanent I have no doubt that Fourie will continue to thrive. He is battling a bit for a consistent flow of decent rides at the moment, but a jockey of his talent isn't going to be left struggling for long.

What happens if an owner in the Snaith yard is adamant he wants RF to ride his horse?can he force the Snaiths to put him up?If so maybe that's the way to break the deadlock!!!!!Because right now both parties are standing their ground......

Can he force Fourie to ride the horse, even if the Snaiths agree??
I would think not. Richard is not an apprentice, he can choose and refuse, but it would be interesting if he said yes. After all, does the owner not have the right to choose a jockey, assuming the jockey agrees?
