WHAT A WINTER AND WHAT COCK UP

WHAT A WINTER A FANTASTIC SPRINTER IN THE MAKEING WELL DONE TO ALL HOPE WE SEE HIM IN JHB SOMETIME. THIS HOWEVER OVERSHADOWED BY THE TOTALLY CRAP DECISION IN RACE9 AT KENILWORTH. OKAY SO THEY (THE STIPES ) OBJECT BUT WHY ONLY AGAINST NO2 AND NOT NO 4 AS WELL? . IMO NO 4 WAS MORE GUILTY OF INTERFERANCE THAN NO 2 AND TO BE HONEST IT ALMOST LOOKS LIKE NO 7 DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THE GAP WITH HIS HEAD TWISTED AND LOOKING AKWARD AT TIMES. NO 2 WAS RUNNING IMO ON A STRAIGHTER COURSE THAN NO 4 . ONCE AGAIN THE RULES SAY THAT IF THEY UPHOLD THEIR OWN OBJECTION (DO THEY EVER OVERRULE THMSELVES) THEN NO 4 HAS TO BE MADE THE WINNER BUT THE OBJECTION IMO SHOULD HAVE BEEN AGAINST NO 4 OR AT BEST AGAINST BOTH OF THEM. SORRY BUT IMO A REALLY CRAP JOB BY THE STIPES.

It looks like a few of us saw the race that way too.
Talking interference,I am surprised the 6th at Turf.wasn't worthy of a closer look......winner took out 2nd & 3rd horses...I have no idea if it affected the result, but surprised it wasn't worthy of a review.

Azeroth banked the outside running rail once they turned for home and never left it. He also headed the outside group so its impossible for him to have taken up another runner's "run". Eagle Squadron drifted outwards the whole way up the straight and was the only other horse ahead of La Beau Jolais throughout the entire straight barring Stirling Range who stayed on his lonesome up the middle of the track.

So, based on this, Eagle Squadron could've been the only possible perpetrator.

Whether the objection should've been upheld is another debate.

Rob you have got to be kidding?

Winged Legend and Two Wood were miles apart.

Blood, yes LBJ was interfered with but not by Azeroth. Due to Eagle's drifting things got very tight against the outside running rail.

Note this is only my opinion on how i saw it, it is not a case of me saying i'm right and you're wrong.

2cents,you have some idea that cos you present on tellytrack your opinion is more accurate &/or more valuable, and you see things better.Bad news for you...in spite of what Nico tells you,you guys are not celebrities(Sky news weather girls are more qualified.)
You are still wet behind the ears and still have a bit to learn about lots!

You need to read my post before a smartass response....at no stage did I suggest that TWO WOOD was affected..........But nor was AZEROTH so what is your celebrity take on that!
(The horses affected were 2nd and 3rd at the time of interference)

Rob i must say you're excellent at covering your tracks, my guess is that this quality comes with time.

Where and when have i ever proclaimed to be a celebrity? I'm far from one, neither do i aspire to be one. If you knew my personality you'd be aware of this. Sadly another derogatory remark thumbsucked by yourself that holds no water.

Explain your post "winner took out 2nd & 3rd horses...I have no idea if it affected the result, but surprised it wasn't worthy of a review." Which 2 horses? The ones at the start, 800m, 200m? Your personalized taped replay package ain't working. Learning how to read a race would've been a better start.

So tell me your take on the Eagle Squadron objection. Don't duck and dive. Just how you saw the events unfold.

All i'm asking is for your next post to explicate my above requests. Simple.

2cents,your responses tend to be dismissive....Bloodshot has been racing a long time and certainly knows how to read a race.I have also raced long enough to be irritated by suggestion that you need to explain what we saw,and what REALLY happened.
My post on this issue was a result of being in a restuarant(not my TV ) and in the head on replay the winner veered sharply left onto the 2 horses he had just past.I was asked "what happens now" and my response was "we can't tell from that but they quite often have a race review so a closer look can be taken".When it didn't materialise I mentioned that I was a bit surprised,as per my comment to Bloodshot.
I do not need your agreement or your approval....if you wish to debate, give your opinion but not in a dismissive smartass way....many of us were racing before you were born..........you did not invent it!

Rob your comment referring to me thinking that i'm a celebrity was way out of line. Why post such a remark when all i was doing was posting my opinion on what i saw happen. If you actually read my post thoroughly you would've noticed i mentioned that i was merely stating my opinion and it wasn't a case of i'm right and you're wrong. So why the need to get personal?

Regarding your Turf race review post, i wouldn't have replied in the manner i did If you had just bothered posting your thoughts accurately in the 1st place. Imagine i told you i fancied the 2nd and 3rd horses, what would you assume? Yes, their finishing position. I saw it on face value, Two Wood ran 2nd and it was daft of you to think the winner had interfered with him.
