I think Rashford was off-side - not sure how VAR can allow the goal to stand.

However, I also think United were deserved winners - should have been in front in the opening 10 minutes when that young guy missed a sitter - I think he was already celebrating as he hit it

But still a lot of work to do - I also think there will not be any runaway winner of the league this season and it will be a close-run thing; United will have to keep the commitment - let's face it, it is not too difficult when going all out playing Liverpool at home (after losing badly last season); I hope they can bring the same commitment this weekend at Southampton

Ten Hage's tactics much better - but he would need to pick the right players against the right opposition - surely can't pick Martinez (played very well last night) again when the opposition is going to launch those high balls into the area - but I'm sure he will be aware of that

Interesting season lying ahead B)

The Gossip.
Chelsea may lose Chalobah to the Italians.
Forest may lose out to AC Milan for Spurs’ Tanganga.
Now Bayern Munich do not want CR7.
Barca is showing interest in Arsenal’s Bellerin.
Everton will sell Gordon to Chelsea for the price but conditional for two extra Chelsea players and a replacement from somewhere else.

Liverpool need to stop passing the ball around needlessly in their own half.
I have addressed this with Mr Klopp so let's see what happens in the next game.

If you can’t beat Bournemouth at home then you won’t be winning the league

A number of pundits before league even started said was 2 horse race between Liverpool n city they need to catch a wake up judging from first 3 games played these teams no where ready to win the title again city maybe have the pedigree to go close but Liverpool have been awful what's worse is don't blame Injuries u have a squad of players who should be ready at any time UTD put up performance of lifetime but where was that first 2 games?? Was it home advantage and the tawts of being booed that spurred team on only time will tell
Arsenal finally starting to show again while Spurs there abouts always I worry for west ham peformances have been bad
This year the league looks wide open even Brighton dark horses could make top 6 from promoted sides notts forest buyin players left ryt and centre prob I would have been signed up if I could kick strait 😀😀😀

As the WC approaches players who are going to the WC will shy away from tackles and take a more cautious approach to avoid injury and will also not take risks like chasing back hard to save hamstring injuries. Plenty of shock results coming from October until league stops for the WC. We may well see a shock champion like we did Leicester

I won't be disappointed to see a shock result - especially if its man United!! :woohoo:

You never know Lionel if they show that commitment throughout the rest of the season then they must have a chance. Keep Maguire out of that team and you will always have a chance. The new left back is very good. After that performance I will take a draw right now when we play you on Sept 4th

We need a couple more key signings to mount a challenge, in my opinion. Maguire will have to play out of his skin to get his place back, which is a good thing, right. There should always be a strong competition for places, especially for a championship winning side.

Arsenal are firing on all cylinders right now. TBH, I'll take a draw right now as well :)

Arsenal should be strong contenders for the title next season, if not this season. I just think that you lack a bit of experience in the side, to carry the team through the difficult periods. This needs to be addressed.
