One thing for sure is that Man City and Liverpool are not going to streak miles ahead this season like they have done over the last 3 seasons

Going to be like two seasons, b4 the WC and after the WC. The squad with the least players playing in the WC will have a huge advantage especially a team that also has no European matches.
