We have good weather here except for most Saturday’s. Lightning seems to love Saturday’s in Joburg. There must be a reason…

Moore has two mounts today.

The first one is a 2/13 on shot, yes you read correctly and the other a 1/9 odds on shot and again you read correctly. Ridiculous.

Collective Power is the value bet in the opener, comes from a family of very good sprinters and at 12/1 is worth an each way

Won on both by a combo of 16 lengths. He is so good that he has another ride, Sun King, in the last. What a jockey 2nd to non.

It is 2 hours on the ferry from Stranraer to Larne and a number of Irish trainers find it viable to race in the SW corner of Scotland.
I fancy a horse in the Scottish Grand National called Height of Fashion.
Mike de Kock was being interviewed for TV this morning and used a phrase ,which made me chuckle.It 'stays like a poor relative' and evidently this horse does as well.
