Something fishy going on about the powerball lotto,was it really won as it seems as if the original winner did not actually win it and other stories are emerging.

Open your newspapers the picture of the happy couple on the front page.

Scotia as a matter of fact i have got the newspapers on my desk but i dont seem to get a chance as all im doing is reading the site and before i can switch off ,the red dots appear,its becoming a full time story ,speak to u later.

MR SCOTIA..MR ZORRO IS CORRECT.....that couple you talk about did not win .... it seems that their ticket was for todays draw...

As I understand it the first guy had a ticket that was bought on Friday with the correct numbers for the previous evening's (Thursday) draw - now what's the odds on that (so perhaps he tried to pull a fast one?) But another winning ticket surfaced later (from someone else) claiming the R91 million - talk about a life changing event!

Apparently he wanted the ticket for Friday night but the machines close at 9 PM,he purchased his tickets after the machine closed, making his numbers eligible for tonights draw. 16/02/2010.

Are you saying that the poor deaf and dumb couple that were in all the papers after winning the R91M are still deaf and dumb?

Not only are they still deaf and dumb, they still poor. And there is about a 200 people waiting outside the garage they live in, hoping to get a loan.

The eventual and only winner is gidani.i mean cum on.th whole story is full of inconcistencie and btw i wish that female presenter that hosts th draw can just shut up.just 4 one minute.she keeps babblin on about al th obvious kak we dnt care 2 hear.

Due to all the Media coverage this poor couple received, is it not possible that Gidani made up the story about the other winner, who wishes to remain annonymous, so to divert the attention away from this couple who were being swamped.
